QIC provides input to House Science, Space, and Technology Committee

Yesterday, the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee held its organizing meeting and first hearing of the 119th Congress. The organizing meeting saw the adoption of an authorization and oversight plan that features reauthorization of the National Quantum Initiative and other quantum priorities. The hearing focused on the state of U.S. science and technology, and ensuring U.S. global leadership. Chairman Babin kindly added to the hearing record a letter from the Quantum Industry Coalition calling for reauthorization of the National Quantum Initiative and recommending other actions.
