QIC sends letter to President-Elect Trump

The Quantum Industry Coalition has sent a letter to President-Elect Trump outlining opportunities to advance U.S. quantum leadership in the first year of his new Administration. President Trump signed the National Quantum Initiative Act, and can work with Congress to enact a new version of the bill that builds on six years of progress in quantum technology. We recommend creating a quantum on-ramp to help agencies understand how quantum technology can advance their missions and to help them acquire those technologies. We also recommend creating a quantum czar to speed quantum adoption within and beyond the federal government. In addition, we urge a focus on small business participation, as well as updates to procurement, immigration, and trade policies.
